Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website kuben.teamtem.com, operated by Teamtem. It does not cover a Kuben installation you run yourself: Kuben sends no data to Teamtem.

Nothing, while you read it. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Your browser stores your light or dark theme choice locally; it never leaves your device. Like every website, requests pass through our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

What you send through the enterprise form. When you submit the form on the Enterprise page we receive:

  • your name, company, email address, the topic you chose and your message;
  • the country your request came from and your browser’s user-agent string, both reported by Cloudflare.

We do not store your IP address. To limit abuse, a one-way hash of it is kept for at most one hour to count how many messages come from the same network.

Only to answer your inquiry and to follow up on it. We do not sell or rent this information, do not add you to a mailing list, and do not use it for advertising.

Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a service of our hosting provider, and are deleted automatically after 180 days. If a notification channel is configured, a short summary of the message is also posted to a private channel of the Kuben team.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete what you sent through the form. Contact Teamtem through teamtem.com or send a new message through the form, and mention the email address you used.

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
