These terms cover the website kuben.teamtem.com, operated by Teamtem. By using it, including by submitting the enterprise form, you agree to them.
The software
Section titled “The software”Kuben is open-source software licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of Kuben itself is governed by that license, not by these terms.
The website
Section titled “The website”The documentation, guides and blog posts are provided to help you use Kuben. We work to keep them accurate, but they are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Test changes in a non-production environment before you rely on them.
The enterprise form
Section titled “The enterprise form”When you contact us, send only what is needed to describe your project. Do not include passwords, API tokens, private keys or other secrets. Sending a message does not create a contract or an obligation for either side; any engagement is agreed separately in writing.

Acceptable use
Section titled “Acceptable use”Do not use the website or the form to send spam, to attempt to break or overload the service, or to impersonate someone else.
Changes
Section titled “Changes”We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
